We Didn't Just Build Their Pipeline. We Brought In Their Investor.

From $5K/month to an $1.5M valuation — with 11x revenue growth and more than $10M in partnerships sourced over five years. This case study shows how a nearshore software delivery company built a scalable B2B growth engine and expanded its reach across international markets.

Campaign Snapshot

Industry: Custom Software Development

Plan: Enterprise

Status: Completed Campaign

Market: United States

Who:

Our client is a software delivery company built on a nearshore model: senior product designers, engineers, QA specialists, and project managers who embed directly into their customers' teams, covering everything from design through development, testing, and launch.

When our engagement began, they were a founder-led startup doing about $5K a month in revenue, with strong delivery behind them and no sales engine in front of them.

Challenge:

The software development and nearshore staffing market is one of the most crowded categories in B2B. Thousands of agencies pitch the same buyers every day, through the same channels, with nearly identical promises. For a young company, being great at delivery guarantees nothing, you still have to be found, trusted, and chosen. And internally, there was nothing to work with: no positioning, no target list, no outreach engine, no sales process, no partnerships. Growth depended on referrals and chance, and at $5K a month in revenue, the runway math was unforgiving. Hiring a sales team was out of budget. They needed the entire revenue function built from zero, by a partner who could also run it.

Our Approach:

This wasn't a campaign, it was a partnership. The client came on under our Enterprise plan, and the engagement ran for three years. We built the go-to-market from scratch: positioning, ideal targets, and a personalized partnership proposal for every prospect, delivered by our human submitters through each company's own contact form. While thousands of lookalike agencies fought for attention in cold email folders and marketplace listings, our client showed up alone, in the one channel decision makers actually read.

As replies came in, we qualified them, led the partnership video calls, and ran deals through to close. Over three years, the scope kept widening: from booking calls, to sourcing strategic partnerships, to acting as the company's entire revenue engine. And when the biggest opportunity turned out to be an investor rather than a customer, we handled that too, sourcing the deal and leading it from pitch to close.

Outcome:

The compounding showed up everywhere. Revenue grew 11x. In a calendar year, we closed over $1M in new deals, including a $115K contract, the largest in company history. With a word-class sales team: The system will generate more than $10M in deals spanning the next 5 years, and average client lifetime value is $1M, in a category known for one-off projects.

Then came the validation money can't fake: a bank valued the company at $1.5M and bought a 20% stake, in a deal we sourced and led from pitch to close.

The startup that couldn't get noticed in the most crowded market in B2B became a company a bank wanted to own a piece of, and the established, global delivery firm they are today grew out of that foundation. From $5K a month to a $1.5M valuation, on the back of a go-to-market built from scratch.
