Campaign Snapshot
Industry: Consumer tech / hardware
Plan: Scale
Status: Completed Campaign
Market: Texas, United States

Who:
Our client is building out a powerbank-sharing network in their market: smart charging stations placed inside bars, restaurants, hotels, and event venues, where guests rent a portable charger and the venue gets happier customers who stay longer. It's a proven model with one defining feature: growth is physical. Every new revenue point requires a venue owner to say yes. No venues, no network.
Challenge:
Venue owners might be the most pitched, least reachable audience in local business. Every day brings another walk-in rep, another cold call, another vendor promising foot traffic, and owners stopped listening long ago. Winning them one conversation at a time is possible, but at one yes per handshake, building a network takes years. What this model really needs is multipliers: the connected people who can vouch for you across dozens of venues at once. And those people are precisely the ones nobody can get to.
Our Approach:
We aimed the Submtr system at the hospitality world. We built a targeted list of venues and hospitality businesses that fit the network, wrote a personalized partnership proposal for each one, framed around guest experience and revenue rather than another vendor pitch, and had our human submitters, real people rather than bots, deliver every proposal through each business's own contact form. Replies were qualified by our team and booked into partnership video calls with the decision makers of each business.
Outcome:
Then one of those conversations changed the shape of the whole campaign. It reached a veteran of the live-entertainment world, a man who has directed some of the biggest live events in American sports, worked alongside world-famous entertainment and luxury hospitality brands, and spent more than two decades on the board of a major city's restaurant association. Exactly the kind of person no cold channel ever reaches. He connected with our client directly, and offered to open doors to more than 30 businesses in his network.
That's the multiplier this model lives on: not one venue at a time, but one relationship that brings thirty. The client's message when it happened said it all: "We connected."
