Campaign Snapshot
Industry: Engineering SaaS (Niche)
Plan: Enterprise
Status: Completed Campaign
Market: Worldwide

Who:
Our client is a San Francisco AI company building agents for hardware engineering teams, software that automates the heavy, specialized work inside the design and simulation tools engineers live in every day. Their users sit in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and energy, and their buyers are some of the most technical people in B2B: mechanical and simulation engineers, and the leaders who run their teams. A sharp product aimed at a narrow, brilliant audience, which is exactly what made this campaign interesting.
Challenge:
Engineers are famously the hardest audience in outbound. They don't answer cold calls, they treat cold email as noise, and they can smell a generic pitch from the subject line alone. Now shrink the pool further: not all engineers, but a tightly defined technical niche actively evaluating new tooling. Standard lead gen breaks at both ends here, the lists barely exist, and the people on them ignore everything. The client needed real conversations with technical decision makers and engineering leaders, in a market small enough that every single account matters.
Our Approach:
Precision over volume. We built a hand-curated list of best-fit accounts, companies whose engineering teams matched the product exactly, and wrote a personalized partnership proposal for each one, in language a technical reader would respect rather than delete. Our human submitters, real people rather than bots, delivered every proposal through each company's own contact form, the one channel that routes straight to the people who run the building. Replies were qualified by our team and booked into partnership video calls with technical decision makers and engineering leaders.

Outcome:
The campaign has produced 33 partnership video calls with the decision makers of best-fit companies, exactly the audience every other channel fails to reach: engineering leaders and the technical decision makers who own the tooling budget.
Eight of those conversations have already solidified into partnerships, roughly one in four, a conversion rate most outbound programs never see. In a niche this narrow, that isn't a lead list, that's meaningful coverage of the entire market, and it's converting. Pound for pound, one of the best campaigns we've ever run. The client's own words sum it up better than we could: an untapped, uncommon channel that works well.
