Privacy Policy.

To use the app you sign in with your Submtr access credentials. Your credentials are stored securely on your device and are used only to authenticate you to your Submtr dashboard. We do not sell them, share them, or use them for anything besides signing you in.

Once signed in, the app displays campaign information tied to your account, such as outreach activity, leads, replies, and scheduled calls. This information already exists in your Submtr account. The app is a way to view it, and using the app does not create new categories of personal data about you.

If you choose to allow it, the app can add your booked calls to your device calendar. This permission is optional, it is used only to add events, and we do not read the contents of your calendar. You can revoke it at any time in your device settings, and the app keeps working without it.

We collect basic usage information, such as which screens are used and whether the app crashes, so we can keep the app fast and reliable. This information does not identify you personally.

The app contains no advertising and no ad networks. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information handled through the app. Account data is retained for as long as you are a Submtr client and is handled according to our client agreements.

Submtr is a business service. The app is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
