Campaign Snapshot

Industry: EdTech

Plan: Scale

Status: Completed Campaign

Market: UAE

Who:

Our client is an online education platform offering professional certifications, expert-led courses, and workshops to a global learning community. They were preparing one of the biggest moves in an edtech company's life, launching a full course library, and they picked an ambitious first market to build distribution in: the United Arab Emirates, one of the most ambitious education and professional-training markets in the world.

Challenge:

Edtech might be the single most crowded category online: thousands of platforms, endless course marketplaces, and buyers who have seen every pitch twice. Now add geography. The client wanted partnerships in the UAE, a market famous for running on relationships, where organizations prefer working with names they know, introduced by people they trust. For a platform with no local presence, no local network, and no warm introductions, the standard playbook of cold email and ads into a foreign market was set up to fail. They needed a way to start real conversations with the decision makers of the right organizations, from the outside.

Our Approach:

We aimed the Submtr system at the Emirates. We built a targeted list of UAE organizations that fit the course library, wrote a personalized partnership proposal for each one, framed around what the partnership would do for their people and their audience, and had our human submitters, real people rather than bots, deliver every proposal through each organization's own contact form, the one channel that gets read in every country and every culture. Replies were qualified by our team and booked into partnership video calls with the decision makers of each organization.

Outcome:

Two partnerships landed in the UAE. For an edtech launch, that isn't two deals, it's distribution: every partner organization becomes a channel that puts the course library in front of its own audience. A market the client entered with zero presence and zero network now has local partners attached to the launch, and a repeatable way to add more.

Five stars from the client, and a playbook that now points at the next market on the map.
